Terms Of Trade
We use Courier Post and NZ post whichever is the most economical carrier to your location. Bulky products may incur additional freight costs, please contact us email@example.com or call 09 406 0592 if you are unsure.
We ship 99% of orders on same day as order is received, however please allow 3-5 days for goods to be shipped, as sometimes, due to high demand on some products and we may be waiting for stock replenishment from our suppliers.
For the safe delivery of your order we prefer to ship goods to a business or home where there is someone to receive the parcel .
PLEASE NOTE: Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage, if goods are damaged in transit - DO NOT sign for them, once you have signed for goods, the couriers will not honor any claims. We pack goods exceptionally well and have very few claims for damaged goods. There will not be a problem having goods replaced if damage is noted to the courier prior to signing.
MAXIMUM SIZE OF PARCELS;
Individual items ordered can be no longer than 1.5m and weigh no more than 30kg.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, which is why we sell quality fishing supplies manufactured by reputable companies, however if you are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Coopers Beach Sports & Tackle, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition. Special order items are also non-returnable. Where line has been especially fitted to a reel, there will be no refund for the line, as chances are that next person to purchase the reel may not want the same line.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Coopers Beach Sports & Tackle, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, within 30 days of purchase, to Coopers Beach Sports & Tackle, 172 State Highway 10, Coopers Beach, Northland 0420.
We are happy to exchange or credit goods, where customer has made a mistake in ordering or what ever the reason, but this can not be at our expense. We will deduct the full amount of shipping costs that have actually been paid by us to ship your product, plus you will have to pay the actual shipping fee for the replacement item if you are exchanging goods, for different size or model. This helps cover the cost of packaging time involved in initial packing, subsequent unpacking, and inspection of returned goods. So please order goods carefully.
We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork.

All freight incurred for any warranty claims or warranty returns are payable by customer.
It is normal business practice that goods are returned to place of purchase, or Wholesalers premises at the customers cost. Of course if the claim is a warranty issue, then you will not have to pay the freight for the repaired or replaced goods to be returned back to you. There are no exceptions to this proviso.
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.
